At thundercoreinnovations, we want your lawn and garden tools to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as described. This page outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order — including timelines, costs, carriers, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., spring lawn care season, promotional sales), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if your order is affected.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have entered processing. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. The following shipping options are available at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier capacity, weather events, or circumstances outside our control are not within our ability to adjust, but we will always communicate updates as soon as we receive them.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more (before taxes, after discounts). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order total meets the threshold. No coupon code is required.

Free shipping details:

  • Applies to domestic U.S. orders only.
  • Free shipping uses Standard Shipping (5–8 business days).
  • Not available for express or expedited upgrades.
  • If items are returned and your order total falls below $49, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Carriers

We work with the following carriers to ship our lawn and garden tools. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Regional carriers (for select areas)

We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier for each shipment. If you have a carrier preference, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

How to track your order:

  1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from thundercoreinnovations.
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number.
  3. Visit the carrier’s website directly and enter your tracking number.
  4. If you cannot locate your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder.
  5. Still having trouble? Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will look it up for you.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO military addresses.

Please note:

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take an additional 3–5 business days beyond standard estimates.
  • APO/FPO deliveries are handled via USPS and may take up to 3–4 weeks depending on location.
  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express orders. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available via USPS.
  • International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping destinations and will announce availability when it launches.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. thundercoreinnovations is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrectly entered address.

  • If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • If an order is lost in transit due to an address error provided by the customer, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take every care in packaging your order, occasionally issues occur during transit. Here is how we handle each situation.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered before they physically arrive.
  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or any secure drop-off location at your address.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to file an inquiry using your tracking number.
  4. If the issue is unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Stolen Packages

thundercoreinnovations is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as stolen. We recommend filing a police report and contacting your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance if applicable. Please contact us and we will assist where we are able.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s).
  2. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos attached.
  3. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund within 2 business days of receiving your report.

Do not discard any damaged packaging or items until your claim has been resolved, as we may request them for carrier investigation purposes.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request.”

Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you are welcome to initiate a return once your order is delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.


Shipping and Tax

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and delivery address. Applicable sales tax will be applied to your order total in accordance with your state’s regulations. Tax is calculated on the subtotal before any shipping fees are added.


Holiday and Peak Season Delays

During peak seasons — including spring lawn care season (March–May), summer garden maintenance (June–August), and major U.S. holidays — carriers may experience higher-than-normal volumes that can extend delivery timelines. We recommend placing orders at least 7–10 business days in advance during these periods to account for potential delays.

We will post any known delay notices on our website and notify affected customers by email as soon as possible.
